By the time we decided to take a short break to gear up for a busy spring and summer season, our bakery gained six months of experience under it’s belt. What a ride it’s been! We had a blast trying new recipes to delight our customers – everything from salted caramel custard-filled cream puffs to made-from-scratch soups to warm you up on a chilly day.
Some of our customer favorites include our Blueberry Muffins (made extra special with local Manson-grown blueberries), Almond Bear Claws, gluten-free Granola Bars, and the highly coveted Ham & Cheese Croissant. We also loved crafting delicious pies and other desserts around the holidays, including a dense chocolate torte garnished with crushed candy canes. Customers also chimed in about their favorite breads, such as Rustic Italian and Kalamata Rosemary Sourdough.
While on our temporary break, the bakery is getting a deep clean and our kitchen will be updated with additional ovens and racks that will help us get ready for the busy days to come. Thank you to everyone who has visited us so far, and be sure to check our Facebook page for the most current updates. WE WILL REOPEN THE BAKERY IN LATE MARCH OR AROUND APRIL 1ST, DEPENING ON OUR PROGRESS. SEE YOU THEN!
